Mining Industry
Extraction is generally referred to as a process by which extraction of matter from a material or other source is made. According to this definition, all extraction activities of minerals from the earth or extraction of materials from ore, streaks or coal are called extraction processes. Extraction generally occurs from a local mine that drains material from the ground to the surface out of the ground. Hence, the mine is a place where various types of minerals are extracted.
Today, there are many mines around the world. These are iron mines for the production of steel, salt for health and food, coal for fuel and energy use, and gold and silver and diamonds for ornamental purposes and jewelry making, stones for construction, phosphate for fertilizers and other types of gravel In order to build highways and roads, etc., there are more than hundred types of mine in the world.
Many of the products used in the production of various industries are obtained as a result of the extraction process. The mining industry has a role to play since the extraction process, from land digging to processing and production, and ultimately marketing, sales, and exports.
Today, many large companies have mining and quarrying operations, because mining usually requires a lot of investment, and this investment must be in order to survive the mining of a quarry. But nonetheless, there are mines whose exploitation is in the hands of individual employers or small businesses.
In many different industries today, the footprint of mines and mined products can be well seen, and more and more of these minerals are used every day in different industries and produced line. As an example, a mineral content of 10,000 to 226 billion dollars can be estimated based on statistics between 1999 and 2000, which is minus atomic mined minerals. In addition to this, extraction and use of it in various industries, the job creation of the mining industry for more than 1.1 million people is currently also mentioned.
Types of rubber products in the mining industry
Rubber is one of the most used materials in the mineral industry. Perhaps the most well-known rubber product used in the mining industry is the conveyor belt. The conveyor belt is one of the most popular rubber products used in mining and minerals to convey material extracted.
Even in addition to the displacement of materials extracted from the conveyor belt, much more is used in the mine. Many mineral deposits such as rock, putty, sand, coal, gold, and even dirt can be displaced using conveyor belt.
Other examples of rubber products that are used extensively in mining and quarrying are a variety of rubber hoses that for years have shown their role as one of the most efficient mining equipment. These rubbers have played different roles over the years for various mines, mines and even different countries.
These hoses have a different strength and quality depending on mining activity and are used in mining in other industries such as the automotive industry, agriculture or construction industry, and so on.
Rubbers have different properties and strengths. Some types of rubbers are so strong in acidic and chemical condition that they can produce different types of products used in the chemical industry and petroleum industry without worrying about wear and tear. Some examples include rubber-lined strainers, rubber canisters or rubber sheaths.
The principle of the use of resistant rubbers to produce these products is creating a high ability in these products to withstand harsh and highly corrosive conditions such as sludge, coal, ore, iron, iron ore, quartz, and sand and so on, to do not easily rupture, impact, abrasion and tear in this condition.
Among the other rubber products used in the mining industry are the following:
- many kind of rubber gaskets and rubber washers
- rubber sheets in different shape
- rubber tubes in various kinds
- rubber rollers are functional in different types
- rubber conveyor belts in different type and resistance
- most kind of rubber pads
- coatings and rubber lining for many type of purpose
